Reach out to us by filling out the form with your information and the desired date for your event. We’ll get in touch with you to discuss the details according to your needs. After our call, you’ll receive your personalized menu along with a quote, ready to transform your event into an unforgettable culinary experience.
2. RELAX
Our team will take care of every detail: from shopping to everything necessary to ensure the success of your event. We use top-quality ingredients, favoring small farmers with whom we share a passion and dedication for culinary excellence. Each dish will reflect the authenticity and freshness of the carefully selected ingredients.
3. ENJOY YOUR EVENT
On the day of the event, our team will arrive two hours early to complete all kitchen preparations and, if necessary, set up tables and rooms. At the end of the event, the kitchen will be left exactly as you found it. Your satisfaction is our absolute priority.

Emmevugi is the acronym of its founder, Maria Vittoria Ghetti, a Florentine raised in a diverse culinary environment thanks to her mother and grandmothers hailing respectively from Tuscany, Sicily, and Emilia Romagna. his rich background of regional influences has shaped her knowledge of Italian cuisine from north to south. Through Emmevugi, Maria Vittoria aims to transform the everyday act of dining and food into experiences, memories, and emotions to be shared.
